Barry Winstanley who, as reported in our last issue, is walking to raise funds for the Vegan Society and for VEGFAM (which supports Third World hunger relief) is walking strongly in spite of the poor weather conditions encountered on the way.
He has completed more than 1,000 miles, starting in Scotland, along the Pennine Way, following Offa's Dyke in Wales and is now on the SW Coastal Path. He visited the new vegan Guest House in St. Ives and has now passed St. Mawes in Cornwall.
Any sponsorship or donations in support this worthy achievement, which proves that the vegan diet promotes health and
endurance, should be sent to VEGFAM, The Sanctuary, Nr. Lydford, Devon EX20 4AL.
